Part of having a healthy diet is looking at everything you eat, and figuring out how to change it to make it healthy. Tiny changes such as that extra slice of bread, the teaspoon of sugar in your coffee, or the the sauce you add to your evening meal can tally up. You'd be surprised how easy it is to change a diet from unhealthy to healthy by eliminating little things. That chocolate bar you have for lunch could be changed for an apple and some nuts (yeah, they don't taste as nice!) but those kinds of sacrifices add up and can have everlasting effects on your life without you realizing in the moment.
